OUGD502 - Life's a Pitch - Studio Brief 02 - Considerations
- What skills and services do you have to offer individually and as a group?
Individually - organised, good researcher, good communication skills.
As a group - sensible, friendly, communicative, engaged
- Who is your target market?
The target market is the people who will be using the building; the students at the university. The wayfinding system for the building needs to appeal to this audience as they will be the primary users.
- What form will your showcase take?
The presentation will be created in Illustrator and will be shown via PDF on a screen.
- What are your costs, charges and financial considerations?
The idea for the project is that we do not consider money and costs and use out imagination to take our ideas as far as possible.
- How will you structure your collective?
Each person will be responsible for separate bits of the presentation, and then a few people will be nominated to present.
- Who will be responsible for what?
All will be responsible for researching for the presentation. I will personally be responsible for putting the presentation together. Alex will be in charge of the wayfinding mock ups. Danii will be in charge of how the wayfinding works. Lucy will be presenting and recording information.
- How will you promote your showcase? To who? Using what media?
Via social media and through the presentation.
- Is it set in a physical location ? then where?
In the new build of the university?
- How will you manage communication through the group?
A group chat on Facebook will allow us to communicate out of hours when not at university.
