I GOT THE JOB!!!!!!!!!!!!
This morning I received a phone call from Emily on the way to uni (cue dangerously fast pull-over to side of road!).
She began by asking me how I was and how I felt the interview went. I didn't want to be too sure of myself but I told her I really enjoyed it and felt it went well.
She then said how they were both really impressed with my work and the way I presented! Then she went on to say "anyway, I don't want to keep waffling on, but we'd love to offer you the job"
I was OVER THE MOON!
I couldn't believe it and I was like "really?!?!?!?!?" but she was saying "yes, don't act so surprised!"
She went on to say "it's a funny one really because most of the other candidates had a lot more experience than you but we just really liked you and loved your work so..!"
I was absolutely shook but so happy. I accepted her offer right away and then drove into uni on a high!
She sent me an email a few hours later;
I replied;
I will be starting in the second week of the Easter holidays and working through to deadline week, which they have allowed me to have off to return to uni for final hand in.
I am so excited and cannot wait to start!
