Today our session was based around terms and conditions you would include in a contract.
Our first task was to note down what terms and conditions we could include, working in a group.

Alec then went through some crucial points he felt were best to include;
-Hourly rates
-Terms of use
-Schedule parameters
-Cancellation fee
-Additional costs
-Client responsibilities
-Client approval
-Samples
-Credit
-Payment
-Media
-Duration
-Location
-Length of storage

This session really brought to light for me a few different things I hadn't even thought of myself, and I found it really useful to talk about exactly what is important when creating a contract.
